Raven Douglas is a dynamic leader in progressive politics and a seasoned expert in organizational and programmatic development. As the Head of Civic Engagement Programs at Sister District (a grassroots organization that aims to build enduring progressive power in state legislatures across the country), Raven oversees the day to day operations of key Sister District Action Network civic engagement programs. With a background as a Programs & Advocacy Coach at BRIDGE Movements and former Deputy Executive Director at MOVE Texas, Raven has successfully guided and scaled programs across the country.
