About me
Dr. Jasmine Clark is a Georgia native and mother of two. She has a BS and PhD is Microbiology, and currently serves as an Assistant Teaching Professor at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. After running on a platform of bringing a science voice to the GA General Assembly, Jasmine Clark was elected to the Georgia State House of Representatives in 2018 where she currently serves as the Representative to House District 108, covering the Lilburn and Mountain Park areas of Gwinnett County. She serves on the Higher Education, Banks and Banking, Interstate Cooperation, and Budget and Fiscal Affairs Oversight committees of the GA State House. She is also the Policy Chair of the GA House Democratic Caucus, the Houses Whip of the GA Legislative Black Caucus, and the Co-Chair of the GA Future Caucus.
