About me
Noel Frame (she/her) has represented the people of the 36th Legislative District since January 2016, first as their State Representative and now as State Senator.
Noel is an award-winning legislator, having been honored more than 15 times for her work advocating for youth involved in the foster care and juvenile criminal legal systems, for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges, as well as for her work on economic development and reforming the state’s tax code. She is the Vice Chair for both the Senate Housing Committee and the Senate Business, Financial Services, Gaming and Trade Committee, and a member of the Senate Human Services Committee. She previously served as the Chair of the House Finance Committee.
Noel is a small business owner, mom of a four-year-old and earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from George Washington University in Washington, DC.
